Identification, contact, income and product-specific information needed to assess affordability, fund the loan and service it.
How we use it
Application review, communication, disbursement, repayment servicing, regulatory reporting and complaint handling. We do not resell borrower data.
Who we share it with
Approved service providers (KYC, credit-bureau, payments) under contract, and regulators when legally required.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, and request deletion subject to retention rules under Kenyan law.
