How to raise a complaint

- Submit feedback through the contact form and choose Complaint or feedback as the topic.
What to expect
- Acknowledgement within 24 working hours.
- Investigation by an officer not directly involved in the original transaction.
- Written response with findings and remediation, typically within 7 working days.
- Escalation path to senior management if you’re not satisfied with the resolution.
